Job Title: Videographer
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Hours: 8:30-5:00 Mon-Fri occasional evenings/weekends
Job Brief:
We are hiring a skilled videographer to join the Media and Marketing Team. The ideal individual for this role will have experience capturing high-quality video content, possess strong editing skills, and be able to produce engaging visual stories. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to operate in a solo videographer role and thrive in a meaningful and collaborative environment.

Must Have/Be:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent years of experience)
- Experience in videography, preferably within a nonprofit organization
- Portfolio of past work/projects
- Ability to perform in individual and collaborative environments
- Willingness to incorporate AI into editing workflow
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics and engagement
- Passion to work in-office
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, design, and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio
- Operate and maintain video equipment
- Edit footage into engaging content
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to develop and execute upon video concepts
- Manage and organize video archives
- Conduct interviews
- Manage live streaming for events
- Produce content under tight deadlines
- Edit in Premiere Pro
Points For:
- Understanding of Sony Fx and Blackmagic Pocket camera systems
- Proficiency in other video editing software such as After Effects or Final Cut Pro
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects
- Experience with live streaming
- Experience in communications, marketing, design, or IT
- Familiarity with nonprofit sector challenges and opportunities
