Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Video Editor for Social Media at Shorecraft in Ocean City, MD. As a Video Editor you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our social media strategy, focusing on creating high-impact advertising content that resonates with our diverse clientele. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to ensure our content aligns with each client’s brand voice and marketing goals, helping to boost their visibility and engagement across key social platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative social media videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring they meet client objectives and brand standards.
• Produce a wide range of social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, and promotional posts, that engages target audiences and drives action.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely execution of social media strategies.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to optimize future content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and clients to gather input and feedback, ensuring a cohesive and effective social media presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Strong creative skills, with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
• Excellent understanding of social media advertising strategies and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently on projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
