About the Videographer – Photographer – Media Managment position

We are in search of a talented videographer, photographer and media manager to capture images and help us use them to tell a story. A successful candidate can achieve technical, qualitative, and quantitative goals while meeting both the needs and deadlines of the project.

Videographer responsibilities are:

• Understand specifications set by the team, and work closely with the art team to develop a concept.

• Capture and process images until you achieve desired results

• Shoot poses that appear natural or not posed.

• Be consistently improving your image quality using various editing methods

• Use and maintain modern and traditional technical equipment (cameras, lenses etc)

• Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background in adherence with specifications

• Direct participants

• Maintain a database of photos and continually archive new work

• Maintain an in depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures

Videographer requirements are:

• Proven professional shooting experience

• Unique, attention-grabbing portfolio

• Proficient in the use of both traditional and modern equipment

• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Capture One or other photography/videography specific software

• Skilled in the areas of shooting, lighting, and printing.

• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques

• Knowledge of production process for online publishing and various printing applications

• Ability to multitask or balance multiple tasks at one time

• Photography degree or comparable
• Expert with all graphic design programs
