Short Form Videographer

We are seeking a talented Short-Form Videographer and Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for creating dynamic, eye-catching short-form videos that highlight our property flips, cost-effective strategies, market insights, and community projects. This role will involve both capturing footage on-site and editing to produce compelling, scroll-stopping content suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Compensation:

$20 – $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Film on-site walkthroughs, property tours, project updates, and community insights
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos (15-60 seconds)
• Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
• Create captions, graphics, and animations to enhance video quality and viewer engagement
• Implement feedback to continuously improve content quality and reach
• Keep up-to-date with trends in social media and short-form content to produce innovative videos

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in videography and editing, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content
• Proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends in short-form video
• Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• A portfolio showcasing recent work in short-form video
