Pay Range

The full pay range is $25.06 – $37.59 hourly. Depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available. Incentive targets vary by role.

We offer a bilingual differential for employees who can assist our members’ financial needs in a second language. Proficiency is subject to passing a standardized verbal assessment. Currently approved languages are Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Tagalog.

We are seeking a Event Videographer to join our team! This position is responsible for assisting in the production of video and other media for the credit union. Coordinates with credit union departments or committees that organize and/or sponsor internal events. Captures and creates the story of internal events. Develops event content to capture and share experiences with the organization to contribute to internal culture building and a sense of community.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the Lead Video Production Specialist and the Director of Internal Communication, to facilitate video shoots and support logistics and communication needs for various internal audience events held by the credit union.
  • Assists with video production shoots, including equipment set up and clean up, location scouting, coordinating props, scene staging, lighting adjustments, transportation and other crew support, craft services, talent management, and shot and script management.
  • Assists with script writing.
  • Collaborates with production team to brainstorm creative ideas for video projects.
  • Ensures safety of the crew, talent, and equipment on set.
  • Helps with post-production tasks, including logging and organizing footage, importing footage, making rough cuts, editing photos, color grading, and mixing audio.
  • Performs administrative duties necessary of the role, including printing scripts, making copies, providing release forms, and organizing paperwork.
  • Maintains well-developed working knowledge of the assigned duties and job functions; keeping up to date and requesting additional training and/or development as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ in video production, event support, or related experience.
  • Experience working with people in high energy situations.
  • Experience in stage or presentation delivery; comfortable with engaging leaders/teams in live participation.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Video Production, or related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Maintains effective and professional communication with stakeholders and collaborators.
  • Excels in narrative storytelling.
  • Conducts research on production locations, props, and other elements.
  • Excellent attention to detail for capturing important moments and visual elements.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, members, and talent.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and environments.
  • Time management skills to plan, set up equipment, and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and artistic vision to capture compelling and engaging footage.
  • Travels on site for video production and organization events.

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is paid at a 100% by company for the employee coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Day Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
