Job Overview:
Rawlens Productions is seeking a skilled freelance videographer to join our team for creating high-quality Reels and special event videos for restaurant clients. This is a work-for-hire role, focusing solely on production days, with no editing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in shooting professional-level content, utilizing 4K cameras, gimbals, wireless sound, and lighting setups to deliver visually compelling vertical videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filming restaurant-centric Reels (vertical format mostly) and special event content
- Setting up and operating professional lighting, 4K camera, wireless microphones, and gimbal as required
- Capturing various types of footage, including interviews, cooking videos, restaurant ambiance, and talking head shots
- Ensuring the setup is completed within 30 minutes for each shoot, with a maximum of 5 hours of production
- Collaborating with the production team to meet project goals and client expectations
- Reporting directly to the Production Manager
Requirements:
Equipment:
- Camera capable of recording in 4K 60 fps
- Fast zoom lens with an aperture below f/2.8 (Sony G Master Lens acceptable)
- Gimbal and tripod for stable shooting
- Powerful lighting setup with a Softbox
- Wireless microphones for high-quality sound recording
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a freelance videographer
- Demonstrated expertise in shooting vertical video content
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation and self-sufficiency on location
- Updated portfolio showcasing relevant work

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
