Job Overview
Full Time Videographer/Editor

Must be local to Des Moines, IA area or willing to relocate.

If you can make even the most boring things exciting, this is the position for you!
This position will primarily film and edit various types of products/companies. Then turn that content into compelling short form content. Typically 2 minutes or less to be utilized in digital ad campaigns.

Responsibilities
– Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional materials, events, and interviews.
– Edit raw video footage using software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard editing tools.
– Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects.
– Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to enhance videos with graphics, animations, and sound design.
– Manage post-production processes including color correction, audio mixing, and final delivery of content.
– Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and reference.
– Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing.
Requirements
– Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
– Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator for graphic design elements.
– Experience in videography with a solid understanding of photography principles.
– Familiarity with post-production processes and techniques.
– Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
– A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is highly desirable.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
