**Job Title: Videographer/Camera Operator Partner**

projects.
**Job Description:**
As the Videographer/Camera Operator Partner, you will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals that enhance our storytelling. You will work closely with directors and producers to execute creative concepts and ensure the highest production standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Operate cameras and related equipment to capture video content for various projects, including documentaries, reality shows, and promotional materials.
– Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and contribute to the visual narrative.
– Set up and adjust lighting, framing, and sound equipment as needed to achieve desired results.
– Maintain and troubleshoot camera and recording equipment before, during, and after shoots.
– Conduct location scouting and prepare for shoots by assessing lighting and environmental conditions.
– Edit and assemble footage, including basic post-production work, to create polished final products.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve skills and output.
**Skills Required:**
– Proficiency in operating various camera types and understanding camera settings and functions.
– Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and sound design.
– Basic editing skills with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, or a related field is preferred.
– Proven experience as a videographer or camera operator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Familiarity with different camera equipment and accessories.
– Previous experience in a collaborative production environment is a plus.
**Compensation:**
This position offers a unique compensation structure, where the Videographer/Camera Operator Partner will receive a revenue share of 3-5% for all projects worked on. Revenue will be based on new subscription sales generated from the distributed project, with payouts made on a monthly basis, 60 days after each project release.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
