Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Producer with strong photography skills to join our marketing team. This role is crucial in bringing our brand story to life through compelling visual content that engages, informs, and inspires our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create visually appealing and on-brand video and photographic content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Video Production: Plan, produce, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and paid media. This includes promotional videos, product demos, tutorials, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Photography: Capture high-quality images for use across all marketing channels, including product shots, lifestyle images, and event photography. Ensure all photographs are visually appealing and consistent with brand standards.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video and photography concepts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals. Bring fresh ideas to the table and ensure all content is innovative and engaging.
  • Post-Production: Edit raw footage and images into polished final products, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and special effects as needed. Ensure all videos and photos are on-brand, meet technical standards, and are delivered on time.
  • Content Management: Organize and manage video and photography assets, including footage, images, graphics, and other multimedia elements. Maintain an efficient workflow to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, design, and social media teams, to ensure visual content supports broader marketing initiatives.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and refine video and photographic content to ensure it meets high-quality standards. Continuously seek to improve production quality and stay updated on the latest video, photography, and editing trends and techniques.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire production process, from concept to final delivery, for both video and photography projects. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in video editing, production, and photography, preferably within the social media/lifestyle industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, and other relevant tools. Strong knowledge of photography equipment, techniques, and editing software. Must know how to shoot utilizing cinema cameras, multi-camera setups, 360 sport/lifestyle footage, and photography.
  • Post Production: Must be able to edit Instagram reels, YouTube videos, and Ecom ads including photographs/greenscreen. Must be familiar with using network storage devices to catalog content.
  • Creativity: Strong creative vision with the ability to translate concepts into compelling video and photographic content. A portfolio showcasing your best work is required. Special attention will be paid to applicants with expertise in automotive, influencer, and drone operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, ensuring that all visual content is polished, professional, and on-brand.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 – $100,000 based on experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Video editing: 3 years

Work Location: In person with occasional paid trips, inside the states, for onsite filming
