Full job description
Qualifications:
- Education or experience in video production, writing, art, or design, or equivalent creative experience, demonstrating a strong passion for content creation across various media platforms (social media, streaming, augmented reality, music, film, interactive media, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with bonus points for experience in tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, and After Effects.
- Skilled in videography/photography using DSLR cameras.
- Expertise in editing and post-production, particularly using Adobe Suite.
- Exceptional content creation skills with the ability to take projects from concept to completion, fueled by a passion for multiple creative outlets including design, video, editing, and writing.
- A responsible, proactive self-starter with strong accountability and the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Independently generate a high volume of creative content for a variety of media platforms and tools, under the guidance of creative leadership.
- Develop content that resonates with and engages consumers, measured through metrics such as likes, comments, and shares.
- Analyze real-time feedback and engagement from live content on social platforms, using these insights to refine and adapt future content.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to manage quick-turnaround requests and meet tight deadlines.
- Work closely with teammates, including Post Creative Strategists, to craft community engagement responses and interactions.
- Actively participate in creative brainstorm sessions, project kick-offs, and team meetings, contributing ideas and helping to shape design strategies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
