Job Opportunity: Videographer + Social Media Assistant for Entrepreneur & Local Clinics

Are you a creative and technically skilled videographer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for producing high-quality content that tells compelling stories and drives engagement? If so, this contract-to-hire opportunity might be the perfect fit for you!

We’re looking for a Videographer + Social Media Assistant to join our team. You’ll be responsible for filming and editing content focused on natural health care for local clinics, as well as entrepreneurism and business development for the owner’s personal brand across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the filming and editing of content for local natural health clinics and the owner’s personal brand.
  • Film workshops, events, social media ads, and special requests related to both clinics and entrepreneurship.
  • Prep and maintain camera, lighting, and audio gear for shoots.
  • Capture long-form and short-form video content, as well as audio for podcasts or social media clips.
  • Create ad creatives, including video and static images, that are polished and engaging.
  • Assist with graphic design as needed to complement video content.
  • Produce and edit up to 10 short-form video clips weekly for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Manage post-production, including editing, sound design, and adding creative effects to enhance ad effectiveness.
  • Analyze video performance data to optimize content for future campaigns.
  • Stay on top of trends to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong skills in image editing software like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
  • Familiarity with cameras like Sony A7SIII or Black Magic URSA Mini Pro OLPF and lighting/audio equipment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and algorithm hacks to boost engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of direct response advertising and storytelling strategies for social media and video marketing.
  • Ability to edit and produce both long-form and short-form content quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience with creating 10-20 ad variations per week for social media platforms.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event filming.
