Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for photography and videography, with a focus on showcasing residential properties in the best light. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos, videos, and drone footage of properties, creating engaging social media content, and editing all materials for various marketing platforms. This role is key to helping our team attract potential buyers and highlight the unique qualities of each property.

Responsibilities:

• Real Estate Photography: Capture high-quality interior and exterior images of residential properties.
• Videography: Shoot and produce professional real estate videos, including property tours, marketing videos, and client testimonials.
• Drone Photography/Videography: Operate a drone to capture aerial shots and videos of properties.
• Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging photos and videos for social media platforms, focusing on property highlights, team events, and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Photo/Video Editing: Edit all images and videos using professional editing software to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all media aligns with branding and marketing strategies.
• Maintain and organize photo and video archives for easy access and future use.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the content remains fresh and competitive.
• Schedule and manage photo/video shoots efficiently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate photography, videography, and drone operation.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to manage and operate a drone with proper certifications.
• Strong creative and technical skills in photography, videography, and editing.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in real estate or with real estate teams.
• Knowledge of real estate photography best practices, including lighting and staging techniques.
• Experience with virtual tours and 3D property scanning tools (Matterport, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

Ability to Relocate:

• Salt Lake City, UT 84106: Relocate before starting work (Required)
