Videographer/Editor/Photographer
Summary
ATWork is an award-winning national brand based in Knoxville. We are looking for an in-house Videographer/Editor/Photographer to create local and national brand assets. This is a full-time, in-office role with benefits. Our marketing team both develops national brand content and supports our local offices. This key team member will create, develop, edit and manage video and photography content for local and national use. Job Purpose
This role is responsible for capturing, editing, managing and delivering exceptional video and photography content for all aspects and audiences of our business.
Reporting Relationship and Organizational Impact
This role reports directly to the Brand Manager and works with the marketing team on creating content and deliverables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Video Editing: This role is primarily an editing role with the need for strong graphics, motion and attention to detail. The role requires editing and enhancing video content using industry-standard software to create polished and impactful on-brand videos. Use of stock footage and previous footage is key.
· Video Production: Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for corporate content, including interviews, b-roll, events and testimonials. Video is used throughout our website, across social media platforms, for presentations, in our offices both locally and nationally.
· Camera Operation: Operate professional video cameras, lenses, and other equipment to capture high-quality footage. Ensure proper lighting, sound, and composition.
· Photography: Set up, capture and edit photography including headshots, candids, industry settings, events, etc. Have full knowledge of lighting, editing, use of camera settings and post production.
· Concepting: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the company’s messaging and goals.
· Post-Production: Manage post-production tasks including color correction, audio mixing and adding visual effects or graphics when necessary.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all video content meets the company’s quality and brand standards and is error-free before publication.
· Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align video content with overall marketing and communication strategies.
· Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in film production, videography, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 6 years of professional videography, video editing and photography experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing corporate content.
Knowledge and Skills
· Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
· Knowledge of our current equipment including Canon EOS C200, Canon EOS 5D, lens, mics, stabilizers, drone, etc.
· Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques for both video and photography.
· Strong storytelling and creative skills with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling content.
· Experience with motion graphics and animation.
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Flexibility to travel for on-location shoots when required.
· Organized and detail oriented.
Working Conditions
This position offers a traditional small office environment with light lifting on occasion.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience and is exempt from overtime. Benefits including health insurance and paid holiday/vacation time is also provided.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
