Videographer & Editor

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Editor to join our dynamic team at HCD Developments and Driveways. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content and transforming it into engaging visual narratives. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and deliver compelling videos that align with our brand’s vision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of video production and editing techniques, as well as a passion for architecture.

*Responsibilities*

– Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional materials, events, and internal communications.

– Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.

– Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and plan video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.

– Manage all aspects of video production from pre-production planning to post-production editing.

– Utilise the Adobe Creative Suite to enhance video content with graphics, animations, and effects.

– Maintain an organised library of video assets and ensure all files are properly archived for future use.

– Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and editing techniques to continually improve the quality of our content.

*Experience*

– Proven experience in videography and video editing, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous work.

– Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant software within the Adobe Creative Suite.

– Strong understanding of photography principles and techniques that enhance video production quality.

– Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus for creating graphics and visual elements within videos.

– Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

– A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
