This position currently reports to Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Resorts.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for Sr Managers, Resort Operations Food & Beverage and Merchandise and 3 Resort Operations Culinary
Directors. Daily responsibilities will include:
- Proactive calendar management
- Coupa service entries
- Supply ordering
- Completing expense reports
- Managing invoices
- Think ahead about little things that can turn into big problems, like building in time to get to/from meetings at our sprawling offices
- Schedule conference rooms, meetings and video chats via Teams
- Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then pick it up again when the dust settles
Basic Qualifications
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including clean grammar
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
- Strong proficiency with computers, phones and office equipment
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite especially Power Point and Excel
- A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
- Knowledge of Coupa, SharePoint , Microsoft Teams and Concur
- Reliability handling confidential information
- Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked, to build solid inter and intrateam relationships
- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clerical or support role and/or equivalent experience
Required Education
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
