This position currently reports to Senior Food & Beverage Manager, Resorts.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for Sr Managers, Resort Operations Food & Beverage and Merchandise and 3 Resort Operations Culinary

Directors. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive calendar management
  • Coupa service entries
  • Supply ordering
  • Completing expense reports
  • Managing invoices
  • Think ahead about little things that can turn into big problems, like building in time to get to/from meetings at our sprawling offices
  • Schedule conference rooms, meetings and video chats via Teams
  • Be ready to throw the entire schedule out the door when an emergency comes up, then pick it up again when the dust settles

Basic Qualifications

  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including clean grammar
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines/deliverables
  • Strong proficiency with computers, phones and office equipment
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite especially Power Point and Excel
  • A calm head and steady hand to deal with the unexpected
  • Knowledge of Coupa, SharePoint , Microsoft Teams and Concur
  • Reliability handling confidential information
  • Desire to truly be helpful to your leaders and co-workers, to go the extra mile without being asked, to build solid inter and intrateam relationships
  • Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive outlook and a can-do attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clerical or support role and/or equivalent experience

Required Education

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience
