At Ruum Media, we redefine the art of real estate photography and marketing, and we’re looking for experienced architectural photographers and videographers to be a part of our team in the South SF Bay Area (including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, and surrounding regions). If you’re passionate about capturing stunning visuals—both stills and video—and have a proven track record in architecture and real estate, we want to meet you.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking experienced architectural photographers and videographers with a strong eye for composition, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional work. This role requires expertise in capturing both high-quality images and dynamic video that showcase spaces in their best light, with a focus on high-end real estate and architectural projects.

What You’ll Do:

– Capture high-quality property photos and videos for a variety of real estate projects.

– Upload images and footage to our system—no editing required. Our in-house team handles post-production.

– Focus on what you do best: shooting. We take care of the rest, from booking and scheduling to client relations and billing.

Compensation:

Earn between $80-$350 per job, depending on the project.

What You Bring:

– Proven experience in architectural photography and videography** with a portfolio that showcases both stills and video work.

– A great attitude and strong people skills:** You’re professional, communicative, and can build relationships easily.

– Your own gear: Full-frame mirrorless camera, wide-angle lens, flash, tripod, and video equipment.

– Tech savvy:** You know your way around a computer and smartphone.

– Reliable transportation** and ability to cover jobs in the South Bay Area.

– Availability**: Minimum 3-4 weekdays per week.

– A portfolio**: Show us your work—Dropbox, and Google Drive links work perfectly.

Bonus Points:

– Knowledge of drone/aerial photography and videography.

– Experience with Matterport 3D photography or other immersive imaging tools.

Pay: $50.00 – $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
