**Position Overview:**

As our **In-House Photographer and Videographer**, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos of our luxury properties. You will also produce engaging lifestyle shows that showcase the features and ambiance of each listing, helping clients visualize their future homes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Capture high-resolution photographs and videos of properties for listings.

– Create engaging lifestyle videos that highlight the community and lifestyle surrounding our properties.

– Edit and produce final video and photo content for marketing materials and online platforms.

– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.

– Stay current with industry trends in real estate photography and videography.

– Manage and organize the media library for easy access to images and videos.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in real estate photography and videography.

– Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality images and videos.

– Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).

– Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for composition.

– Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team.

– A passion for real estate and an understanding of the luxury market is a plus.
