Real Estate Marketing: Videographer + Photographer

JOB OVERVIEW:

Responsibilities:

– Capture high-quality video footage for various projects and events

– Set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment

– Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards

– Edit and enhance video footage

– Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance the overall video production

– Ensure all videos are delivered on time and meet the required specifications

– Manage video files and maintain an organized archive of footage

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role

– Proficient in video editing

– Knowledge of various camera types, lenses, lighting setups, and audio equipment

– Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects creation

– Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

– Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the creative team
