Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Media Photographer & Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos of residential and commercial properties to showcase their best features and attract potential buyers. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent photography and videography skills, and a strong understanding of real estate marketing trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Photograph interior and exterior of properties to highlight their best features and appeal to potential buyers.

2. Capture high-quality videos of properties, including walkthroughs, aerial shots, and neighborhood highlights.

3. Edit photos and videos to enhance their visual appeal and ensure they meet company standards.

4. Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing team to understand property requirements and marketing objectives.

5. Stay up-to-date with real estate industry trends and photography/videography techniques.

6. Manage equipment and ensure all gear is properly maintained and in working order.

7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a real estate photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

2. Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.

3. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and techniques is a plus.

7. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Education:

– Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in photography, videography, media production, or a related field is preferred. But not required. We will train the right person.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
