Job Summary:

Vertical Guru, a full-service digital marketing agency with an established company culture and a startup vibe, is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for a variety of clients, ensuring visual consistency across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

You will play a key role in helping clients meet their online marketing goals through engaging video content. This position offers the opportunity to work with multiple brands, delivering projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and our creative team to conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content.
• Edit and optimize videos for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create engaging video stories that align with client goals and brand identity.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and technologies in video production and editing.
• Color correct, enhance sound quality, and apply visual effects when needed.
• Ensure content adheres to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
• Organize and maintain video files and backups.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in videography and video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and video optimization for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording techniques.
• Ability to tell a visual story in line with marketing strategies and client goals.
• Time management and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients.
• Versatility in adapting to various styles and client demands.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
