ALL PROJECTS ARE REVENUE-SHARED AND ARE PAID OUT ON A PERCENTAGE SCALE UP TO 60 DAYS AFTER THE ASSIGNMENT IS DISTRIBUTED. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PRODUCTION PARTNERS FOR THIS POSITION. MUST OWN THE FULL KIT GEAR TO RUN A PRODUCTION 4K DOCUSERIES.

**Overview:**

ON1Y Network is seeking a Director of Film & Photography (DoP) to help establish the overall visual style of the production and understand its creative vision in leading the motion picture sessions.

He/She guides the camera, lighting, and grip teams to achieve the visual objectives of the content during the shoot.

He/She determines the framing of shots and guides the cameras.

He/She may be required to identify specialty cameras such as 360 or underwater cameras that are required to shoot desired shots and direct the operation of these cameras.

He/She is a creative thinker and collaborates with the creative leadership while providing creative direction to the camera, lighting, and grip departments.

He/She should have excellent technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, shooting equipment, and digital processes.

He/She is required to know camera operations and lighting techniques.

He/She possesses the artistic vision to visualize ideas.

He/She should be aware of the best practices for camera techniques, post-production processes, color, and data management.

He/She is expected to operate outdoors and may be required to travel.

**Duties:**

– Operate cameras to capture footage for various productions, including video, film, and live events.

– Conduct pre-production planning and research to ensure successful filming.

– Work closely with directors and producers to understand their vision and implement their creative direction.

– Collaborate with other production team members to ensure seamless project execution.

– Utilize motion graphics and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro, to create engaging content.

– Provide support in post-production, including editing and color correction, utilizing tools like Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.

– Apply knowledge of photography principles to enhance the overall visual aesthetic of the production.

– Participate in equipment maintenance and ensure the camera and other equipment are in good working condition.

– Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in video production and motion graphics.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in camera operation, with a strong understanding of camera settings and techniques.

-Proven television or film experience

– Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro.

– Familiarity with motion graphics and post-production software, such as Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.

– Experience in photography, with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera angles.

– Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

– A strong creative eye and attention to detail.

– The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– A commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.

Job Types: Contract, Freelance

Pay: From $200.00 per day
