About Us: Join our boutique social media and digital marketing agency based in the heart of Fulham! We are a young company working with some incredible clients across London, including some epic A-list celebs . We’re on the lookout for a passionate, talented Videographer/Photographer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the dynamic field of social media and digital marketing, working closely with the social media department.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
● Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photography content tailored for various social media platforms.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, style, and objectives for content.
● Develop creative concepts and storyboards for client shoots.
Client Shoots:
● Schedule and manage monthly on-site shoots with clients, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared and functional.
● Direct and guide clients during shoots to capture the best possible content.
● Adapt to different environments and client needs, ensuring high standards of visual content.
Post-Production:
● Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet client expectations and platform requirements.
● Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all content.
● Deliver final content within agreed timelines, maintaining a high level of quality.
Collaboration:
● Work closely with the social media team to align content with campaign goals and strategies.
● Liaise with clients to review content drafts, gather feedback, and make necessary revisions.
● Collaborate with other team members on larger campaigns or special projects.
Content Strategy:
● Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and algorithms to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
● Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to optimise their social media presence through visual content.
● Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new and innovative content ideas.
Equipment Management:
● Maintain and manage all videography and photography equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
● Keep an inventory of equipment and coordinate any necessary repairs or upgrades.
Administrative Tasks:
● Manage shoot schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
● Ensure files are backed up and organised so content can be located efficiently.
Requirements:
● You must provide and maintain your own equipment (it will be insured through the business)
● Proven experience in videography and photography, particularly for social media content.
● A portfolio showcasing a range of photography and videography work, particularly for social media campaigns.
● Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve) and photoediting tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
● Experience with on-site client shoots, including directing and guiding clients during filming/photography sessions.
● Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their content requirements, and best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
● Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute visually compelling content.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and internal teams.
● Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
● Solid knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.
● Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
