The Health Service Organization is looking for a full-time Videographer with Social Management experience and the following equipment (or similar/comparable). We will provide fair additional compensation for use.
- Cannon EOS R
- Mirrorless LED Light Panels
- Wireless Microphones
We are looking for someone with their own equipment already to ensure that they are already proficient in using those equipment. (We will not train)
We’re seeking a talented Videographer with Social Management experience to join our team and create awareness for our offered services through engaging and dynamic content. If you have an eye for detail, a knack for storytelling, and a love for marketing, we want you to be a vital part of our team.

This is a hybrid position that won’t require daily on-site work. The ideal candidate will be able to travel to our different locations in Culver City, Ontario City, Van Nuys City and West Covina at least 3x a week and engage with our satisfied patients (with their prior permission) to create before and after photos (Orabell dental office) and video testimonials (both Spinatomy and Orabell). The ideal candidate will also be able to create content that highlight our capabilities and beautiful professional facilities.
Mileage pay will be given as applicable.

Job Duties:
- Personally connect with your patients and team, learn their stories
- Interview and film patients during dental implant process and spinal decompression process for media packages
- Photograph patients and team in a professional setting
- Produce and create YouTube-worthy Videos, titles, and thumbnails
- Drive brand recognition and loyalty by creating content for YouTube
- Film and produce other video content used for the growth of the company
- Manage the companies’ social media accounts
- Execute online community engagement
Job Requirements:
- Collaborate and contribute to the Content Creation Team at Orabell and Spinatomy
- Connect with each patient, show compassion and understanding with each and every story
- Meet production and filming deadlines
- Work autonomously and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Conceptualizing and creating socially engaging content for major social media platforms (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.)
- Demonstrate flexibility in assigned projects to contribute to the growth of the company
- Constantly creating!

Cataloging and editing content for multiple mediums
Work as a team to analyze and grow in your career
Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and campaigns for maximum impact.
Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
This will position will require handling multiple projects and patients. We’re looking for someone who is organized, efficient and knows how to prioritize. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
