Real Estate Photographer (Part-Time)

Location: Denver, CO, and Surrounding Areas

Hours: 5-20 hours per week (seasonal variations)

Pay: Starting at $20/hr during training, with potential for $25-35/hr post-training, depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Capture top-quality real estate media (photos, videos, drone shots, and 3D tours) at various properties
• Engage with real estate agents and homeowners at shoots to provide a great experience and build relationships
• Ensure all media projects maintain a consistent style according to our shotlists and company style
• Manage equipment and ensure everything is well-organized
• Travel up to 15-35 miles per day to shoot locations
• Communicate effectively with clients and the team through call, text, email, and Slack
• Support team members by sharing field notes and collaborating on projects

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for photographers who thrive on client interaction, love being behind the camera, and don’t mind traveling throughout the city. If you want to grow with a dynamic and innovative real estate media company, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in photography or videography
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to engage with clients and build rapport
• Attention to detail and commitment to capturing the perfect shot
• Professional and dependable, with excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license

Bonus Points For:

• Experience using a 3-axis Gimbal for stabilized video
• Owning a full-frame mirrorless camera (Sony a7iii or similar) and wide-angle lens
• Experience with video production, including directing on-camera talent and property shots
• Drone experience and FAA Part 107 certification
• Wedding videography experience
