Noah’s Art Acting & Modeling Development is dedicated to helping students discover their potential through the arts. Our curriculum is integrated with local school districts, providing a unique opportunity for students to engage in acting, modeling, and personal development. Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Acting, Modeling, and Self-Development Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching comprehensive classes that blend acting techniques, modeling skills, and personal development strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping the lives of our students, helping them build self-confidence, communication skills, and a strong sense of self.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum and the needs of students.
  • Teach acting techniques, modeling skills, and personal development exercises in a fun and supportive environment.
  • Foster an atmosphere of creativity and self-expression, encouraging students to explore their talents.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to students, helping them improve their performance and modeling skills.
  • Organize workshops, performances, and showcases to give students real-world experience.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and teaching methods to continuously improve curricula.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in acting, modeling, or related fields (professional experience preferred).
  • Previous teaching or mentorship experience, especially with children or teens, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Knowledge of various acting techniques and modeling principles.
  • Passion for the arts and a commitment to student development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of students and staff.
  • Relevant degree in Performing Arts, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume, a cover letter detailing their relevant experience, and any teaching portfolio or demo reel showcasing their work. We will select 10 candidates to come to an in-person interview which will allow us to go over the first few lessons of our curriculum and decide if we are a good fit for each other.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $17.00 – $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
