Salary: $25-30 per hour max 10 hours a week (2 days)

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and skilled TikTok/Video Reel Editor to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for detail, and can create engaging and high-quality video content. Through editing, scripting and understanding consumer needs. 14-21 video (60-120 seconds).
Responsibilities:
- Create 14-21 video content pieces per week for TikTok and Instagram.
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that align with current trends and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to develop content ideas and strategies, include scripting.
- Film content in-office (once a week if needed).
- Optimize videos for maximum engagement and reach.
- Meet weekly content creation targets and contribute to follower growth goals.
- Understand consumer needs and preferences to tailor content effectively.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Responsibilities are not limited to editing; may include brainstorming, filming, and other creative tasks like copywriting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be based in Perth, ideally local to the Victoria Park area.
