Our mission at Stiry Studios is to inspire people to discover their potential by changing the way they see their story. We are a small team that creates raw, authentic, short form, docu-style, narrative based videos. In short, we tell stories – stories about mental health, overcoming adversity, finding joy in the ordinary, nonprofits and other companies doing extraordinary things. We are looking to expand our editing team and need an experienced creator and editor to come join us in pushing our mission forward.

Position Description:

• Full time video editor
• $22-$35/hr with initial contract

Qualifications include:

• 3+years editing with Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with other Adobe products like After Effects and Photoshop is a plus, but not required.
• Experience shooting and producing is a plus.
• Must have the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Must have the ability to work proficiently and produce high quality edits.
• Confident and teachable: ready and willing to learn Stiry style, systems, and approach.

Responsibilities:

• Post production including organizing and syncing footage (audio + video, multiple camera, broll), creating edits, graphics and titles, color grade media,

create cutdowns, thumbnails, screenshots, archive projects.

• Will sometimes spend long days on end editing.
• Assist with production including preparing equipment and filming as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Farmington, UT 84025: Relocate before starting work (Required)
