Video Editor and film maker

Ideal job for film/video editor who needs some steady job, possibly to compliment ad hoc free lance work.

We have launched YouTube channel hence searching for a new member of the team to speed up our video making/ editing. The job is designed for 2 days a week but it can be altered to compliment free lance work you may have.

Non-negotiable aspects of the work:

1. You would be ON SITE (emergencies come any time so this job must be predominantly from the practice to catch interesting moments)

2. It is a regular job, we are not searching for free lance video editors (and the usual “going rates”)

expected weekly caseload:
1. produce 2 regular YouTube videos a week

2. Produce shorter videos to showcase our work on social media 1xweek

3. Ad hoc promotional videos for the practice

Qualifications:
– Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
– Strong understanding of video editing techniques and principles
– Experience in color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics
– Knowledge of different video formats and codecs
– Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
– Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and feedback
