Position Overview:

As a Content Marketing Specialist (Videographer) at Strive Pharmacy, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful and engaging video content that educates and entertains prospective patients and healthcare providers. This high-impact role requires a creative visionary who is not only skilled in capturing dynamic short-form content but also deeply passionate about storytelling through video. You will play a crucial part in conveying Strive’s mission across various digital channels, from TikTok and Instagram to educational platforms, driving awareness and fostering a deeper connection with our audience. Your work will directly influence how our brand is perceived, making you an essential part of our marketing strategy aimed at disrupting and redefining the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing daily short-form content
  • This candidate is not afraid to come in, interact with employees, see opportunity for creative content, and execute videos with quick turnarounds.
  • Skilled at capturing short form Tik Tok & IG Reels content
  • Filming with iPhone (bonus if you know mirrorless cameras but willing to train)
  • Able to mic up talking heads with Lav mics and capture high quality sound
  • Knowledgeable about lighting and composing pleasing shots
  • Proficient in directing people, friendly and able to help subjects feel comfortable and natural while capturing video
  • Proficient in brainstorming and coming up with engaging, value-adding content
  • Keeps up with current social media trends, and able to create quick turnaround content
  • Capable of quick editing skills for short form content
  • Organizational skills to package up RAW footage on hard drive for delivery to editor
  • Bonus Skills: Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, After Effects

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with social media video content creation
