Real Estate Videographer

We are seeking a videographer who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are a top-selling real estate agency in the area and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality video for our marketing purposes.

We set the appointments for you, have staging handle all client communications plus administrative tasks. Compensation is on a per-job basis. Compensation:

$35,000 – $45,000 yearly depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Help real estate agents stage the home during the shoot to ensure eye pleasing results
• Video properties for online and marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
• Take quality video of all properties to post on social media and websites
• Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties

• Create high-quality video content showcasing properties for sale or rent
• Collaborate with real estate agents to understand the key selling points of each property
• Develop engaging storylines for property videos to attract potential buyers
• Ensure all video content is aligned with the real estate team’s brand and marketing strategy
• Edit and produce final video content with professional-grade software
• Manage video library and organize footage for easy access and future use
• Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate videography and technology
• Drone videography for aerial shots of properties
• Virtual tour creation for online property viewings
• Training team members on basic video techniques for social media content
• Assisting with live video sessions, e.g., open-house tours

Qualifications:

• Skilled in video equipment usage, lenses, lighting and photography
• Enjoys working with all types of people and able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
• Real estate videography experience a plus, but we will train the right person
• Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop

• Proficient in videography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong storytelling abilities to create compelling narratives
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and property highlights
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
