Overview:
ON Advertising is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Videographer/Editor to join our team. As a Videographer/Editor, you will play a critical role in creating engaging and high-quality video content for our clients. Your responsibilities will include capturing and editing video footage for various projects, as well as working with our creative team to develop innovative visual concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional cameras and equipment.
- Utilize industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro to edit and produce video content.
- Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director, Art Director, and the social media team to develop and implement creative visual concepts.
- Partner with the social media team to create video content specifically optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and others.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in the post-production process, including color correction and audio mixing.
- Work with the design team to integrate graphics, animations, and special effects into video content.
- Ensure all video content meets the required quality and deadline standards.
- Provide technical support to other team members and collaborate with them to achieve project goals.
- Continuously improve video production skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technology.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
- Proven track record of producing high-quality video content that meets client expectations.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with video production software such as Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey complex ideas through video content.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator).
- Knowledge of video production techniques and post-production processes (color correction, audio mixing).
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and ability to adapt content to different social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience working with Generative AI video creation tools and techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
