Duties
Assisting with production and pre-production (logistics, catering, travel, craft etc)
Drafting call sheets
Taking meeting minutes and distributing to team
Liaising with crew and contractors
Scheduling meetings
Acquiring quotations
Basic office admin
Technical requirements
Basic knowledge of film, TV or video production.
MS Office proficiency.
Great Computer literacy.
Tertiary qualification in media, film or communications is advantageous
Required skills and characteristics
Highly organised
Resourceful
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
Excellent memory and attention to detail
Negotiation skills
Well-spoken
Eager to learn and grow with the company long term
