Job Responsibilities

Fulfilling photography and videography requests
-
Shoot video footage, upload, edit, and publish videos for website-facing content, social publishing, company-owned YouTube channel, paid advertising strategies, and various marketing initiatives

Consistently produce beautifully lit, high-quality images and video in indoor and outdoor settings

Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals and objectives

Organize content and footage on the server in a timely matter
-
Track video statistics and report insights on a weekly basis
-
Make weekly video strategy suggestions and implementations based on sales, inventory, seasonality, and upcoming product launches

Assist styling team with prepping flat lay or lifestyle imagery by ensuring all items are in stock; help Creative Team break down and hang products back on their respective racks

Complete daily and weekly marketing tasks as assigned

Take an active role in weekly Creative Team meetings, sharing industry trends, opportunities to improve daily team workflow, added-value opportunities, inspiration, and insights

Actively listen and look for opportunities to assist team members and apply constructive feedback from all marketing associates and Senior Marketing Team

Assist the Creative Team with frequent product discontinued sweeps to keep the photography studio clean and organized for efficiency

Transporting, setting up, and operating production equipment
-
Performs other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
-
College or bachelors degree in a related field preferred or the combination of high school diploma with several years one experience. At least 4-5 years of supervisory experience required

Experience in videography and photography for a minimum of one year required
-
Must be extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Video Editing Software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Work Environment/Physical Demands:

Office, Manufacturing and Warehousing Environment

Areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather
-
Ability to stand for longer periods of time
