BOLD + INSPIRED Creatives Wanted: Part-time Video Editor

Description:The Video Editor is responsible for editing and refining video content, ensuring that all footage is crafted into compelling and polished final products. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and technically skilled individual who can handle various aspects of post-production. The Video Editor will work under the direction of the Video Production Specialist Lead and collaborate closely with the Account Management Team and the Senior Designer to deliver content that aligns with the client’s branding and marketing strategy.

Location:Remote

Pay:Up to $30/hour, DOE

Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage from podcasts and other video content, incorporating up to 8 different camera angles to create high-quality final edits.
• Collaborate with the Video Production Specialist Lead to understand creative direction and ensure that edits meet client expectations.
• Mix podcast intros and outros as needed.
• Ensure that all video content is aligned with the client’s branding and delivered on time.

Post-Production Management:

• Work with the Video Production Specialist Lead to refine and finalize video edits, ensuring that all content meets technical and creative standards.
• Implement feedback from the Video Production Specialist Lead, Senior Designer, and clients to refine and enhance video content.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing work, including multi-camera setups and final edits.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of audio post production and mixing techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Must have own equipment that is fully up-to-date (computer, hardware, harddrives, editing software, etc)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
