As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Photographer, Videographer, and Marketing Manager.

#### Position Overview:
We are looking for a multi-talented professional who is passionate about real estate, visual storytelling, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography, videography, and digital marketing, with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and supports our sales objectives. This role is crucial in elevating our brand and ensuring our properties stand out in a competitive market.

#### Key Responsibilities:

**Photography & Videography:**

  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of residential properties, including interior, exterior, and aerial shots.
  • Produce visually appealing and engaging virtual tours, video walkthroughs, and listing videos to showcase properties.
  • Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software to ensure they meet the brand’s quality standards.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents to understand the unique features of each property and highlight them effectively in visual content.
  • Maintain an organized library of visual assets for easy access and future use.

**Marketing Management:**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote properties, attract buyers, and generate leads.
  • Manage social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Design and create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and email campaigns that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Optimize property listings on various online platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com) to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

**Collaboration & Project Management:**

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and timelines.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors (e.g., staging companies, graphic designers) as needed to complete marketing projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and work is delivered to the highest standard.

#### Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in photography and videography, preferably in real estate or a related field.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media management, SEO, and content creation.
  • Experience with real estate marketing and familiarity with platforms like MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.com is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Hartford, CT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
