Vibes & Verbs, a dynamic copywriting company based in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an organized and motivated Production Assistant to support our creative team. As a Production Assistant, you will assist in the coordination and execution of various production-related tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of production schedules for various projects.
• Coordinate with the creative team, vendors, and clients to ensure all production elements are in place and running smoothly.
• Support the setup and breakdown of production sets, including arranging equipment, props, and materials.
• Manage and maintain production equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of production documents, such as scripts, shot lists, and production schedules.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing production-related correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with production software and tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for production schedules.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
