Full job description
What You’ll Do:
-
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and the company website.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.

Utilize a range of equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to produce high-quality video content.

Edit video using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.
-
Manage video projects from start to finish, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, shooting, editing, and post-production.

Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms, including web, social media, and email marketing.

Keep up with industry trends and incorporate new techniques and technologies to continuously improve the quality of video production.

Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure video content meets business objectives and enhances the user experience.
What You’ll Need:
-
3 years of videography and video editing experience.
-
Proven skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.

Experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound recording.

Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for visual composition and detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively in a participative management culture.

Organized & deadline-driven work ethic.

Ability to learn & follow brand guidelines, ensuring all video content aligns with the company’s visual identity.

Degree in film production, digital media, or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an Agile project management environment.

Proficiency in motion graphics and animation using software like Adobe After Effects.

Knowledge of video optimization techniques for various digital platforms.

Experience with live video production and streaming.
-
Familiarity with social media video formats and best practices.
-
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress or Sitecore.
-
Understanding of SEO principles related to video content.

General hours are between 8 a.m.-5 p.m. M-F

Typically, in a modern office setting, possibly in an open-plan office to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Workspace:

Desk with a computer (desktop or laptop), dual monitors for better multitasking, ergonomic chair, and essential office supplies.
Team Interaction:

Engages with the Creative Team and works closely with other departments through meetings, emails, and chat platforms (Microsoft Teams).
Physical Requirements:

This role requires both sedentary work, such as video editing at a computer, and physically active work, including setting up and operating video equipment on location. Ability to lift and carry video equipment as needed.
