Videographer

Lockton is looking for a talented video professional to manage our in-house video studio and grow Lockton’s video offerings. As video becomes an essential tool for effective storytelling, you will work closely with a variety of stakeholders on various client-facing and internal videos, as well as produce and edit videos that meet our brand standards. You will work closely with an external video vendor when required, due to capacity, and serve as an active member of the empowered team of Associates working in Kansas City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all video projects and execute on all phases of production, including preproduction, production and postproduction
• Help manage Lockton’s video studio, video equipment and other related inventory
• Provide creative consultation and storyboarding on video concepts to a variety of stakeholders that matches their vision while adhering to best practices
• Set up equipment, including cameras, lights and audio for video shoots
• Edit and cut raw video and audio into a high quality, produced asset
• Film and stream live-webcasts
• Understand and be able to perform some technical support on equipment
• Create and keep a positive experience and environment for clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with an external video partner on large projects
