Position Overview: The Funk Collection is seeking an experienced Videographer/Photographer with a passion for brand storytelling and a keen understanding of today’s digital landscape. Join our dynamic and growing Orlando, FL Real Estate Team in this full-time role, where you’ll be responsible for creating, editing, and implementing video and photography content tailored for various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms (Reels, Stories, etc.), marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real Estate Listing Videography & Photography: Capture high-quality video and photography of real estate listings, showcasing properties in their best light to attract potential buyers. This includes interior and exterior shots, virtual tours, and lifestyle content that highlights the unique features of each property as well as the surrounding community.
- Drone Videography & Photography: Operate drones to capture aerial footage of properties, providing a comprehensive view of the location, surroundings, and property features. Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and safety protocols while conducting drone operations.
- Event Videography: Record and produce video content for various events, including open houses, team meetings, client appreciation events, and community events. Capture the essence of each event, highlighting key moments and interactions.
- Speaking Engagements & Conferences: Film speaking engagements, conferences, and other public appearances by team members or guests. Ensure high-quality audio and video, and edit the content for use in marketing materials, social media, and training resources.
- Training Events: Document and create videos of training sessions and workshops for internal use and potential public-facing content. Ensure that training videos are clear, concise, and professionally produced, making them valuable resources for the team and our audience.
- Create and edit compelling digital marketing video and photo content optimized for websites, social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.), marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
- Design creatives and handle content editing to ensure consistency with the brand’s voice and visual identity.
- Conceptualize, develop, and execute platform-specific content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze social media trends, engagement metrics, and ad performance to refine content strategies and maximize reach and impact.
- Edit and produce original video content for marketing campaigns, with a focus on storytelling that drives brand engagement and conversion.
- Shape the narrative of mini-documentary-style videos to highlight team successes, client stories, and community involvement.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders, Agents, and Administrative Staff to ensure all content aligns with the brand’s goals and objectives.
- Manage the post-production process, including editing, sound design, and graphics integration.
- Export, compress, and reformat video files for optimal performance across various platforms.
- Operate cameras during production shoots, both in-studio and on-location, as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working as a professional photographer/videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- 2+ years of experience in professional post-production, including advanced video editing and sound design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Expertise of social media content creative with understanding of creating content, captions, and reel covers, tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and impactful social media content, particularly for Reels, Stories, and short-form video platforms.
- Experience in real estate listing videography, photography, drone operations, and event videography is highly preferred.
- Experience filming speaking engagements, conferences, and training events is a plus.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest digital trends, social media algorithms, and content creation techniques.
- A team-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- An online reel or portfolio demonstrating content creation, editing skills, real estate listing examples, event coverage, drone work, and social media examples is required. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.

- Windermere, Florida Office (Home Base)
- Varying on-site locations, depending on project needs
- On the road as required
