Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor

Job Overview:

As an Animation Designer for a growing advertising agency, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality animations that align with the Agency’s standards and clients’ campaign goals. You will work closely with our creative team to develop animations for various platforms, including digital media, advertising, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create 2D/3D animations for various projects, including promotional videos, advertisements, explainer videos, and social media content.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project needs, objectives, and visual style.
• Create storyboards and animatics to outline animation sequences and present ideas.
• Stay updated and adapt with industry trends to continuously improve and deliver cutting-edge work.
• Handle multiple projects while staying detail-oriented and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in creative animation design with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Experience with motion graphics, visual effects and 3D modeling along with photography and videography is a plus.
