Social Media Manager/Videographer

Gold’s Gym NOVA Group seeks a dynamic Social Media and Content Creation Director to elevate our presence and engagement across social media platforms. Join us and help take our Lake Ridge and Lorton, Virginia, gyms to new heights!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic and brand awareness.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to followers promptly.
• Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create promotional content.
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and social media best practices.
• Analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
• Organize and oversee photo and video shoots at our gym locations.
• Engage with the community by promoting events, challenges, and gym culture.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of online marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Passion for fitness and familiarity with the Gold’s Gym brand.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
