Summary
Oklahoma Embroidery Supply and Design (OESD) is an industry leading creator of machine embroidery designs and embroidery product with a 50,0000 strong, superior design library. OESD Education provides product training to the companies dealers, employees and end users for the purpose of increasing sales by building brand loyalty, raising product awareness and enhancing the overall customer experience.
OESD is seeking a talented and creative Videographer/Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through video, have a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and posses the technical skills and experience necessary to bring innovative ideas to life. This role will be critical in producing high quality video content that aligns our brand’s vision and marketing objectives.
This is a long term, career oriented employee role working onsite at our headquarters in Oklahoma City.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation. develop and produce outstanding motion-based content for various campaigns, including education, sales and marketing initiatives.
- Photography. Capture compelling photos of products and people to support campaign objectives.
- Video Production. Manage all aspects of video production, such as camera operation, lighting, sound, motion graphics, and editing.
- Brand Alignment. Ensure all video outputs are visually appealing, adhere to brand guidelines, effectively communicate key messages, and are optimized for each social media platform’s specifications.
- Creative Repurposing. Innovatively adapt content across multiple platforms while maintaining message integrity.
- Trend Awareness. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in video production and media channels to foster innovation and improve content quality.
- Data Utilization. Use insights and metrics to guide video creation and enhance performance.
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelors Degree in communications, film or video production is preferred.
- Experience. Demonstrated experience in professional content creation, with proven skills in problem solving, multitasking and delivering fresh ideas.
- Portfolio. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of products, emphasizing short form content for social media.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premier and After Effects. Experience in various camera formats from iPhone to professional production cameras.
- Storytelling Skills. Strong ability to translate marketing messages into engaging, visually compelling video content.
- Collaboration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Adaptability. Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, remain positive under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Independent Work. Capable of taking initiative and owning projects from conception to completion.
- Social Media Savvy. Solid understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements.
- Continuous Learning. Eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies and techniques.
- Microsoft Tools. Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Motion Design. Basic motion design and animation skills, with extended experience being a plus.
- Analytics Skills. Ability to measure content effectiveness and make informed decisions for creative enhancement.
Travel
some travel is required for this role.

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
