We’re looking for a vibrant, creative, and go-getter Media Producer & Video Editor to join our Columbus team and help us keep pushing the boundaries of real estate media!

The Role:

Are you a visual storyteller with a knack for capturing jaw-dropping real estate moments? Do you have a passion for creating high-quality media content that makes properties shine? If you’re a maestro with Sony cameras, a wizard with Adobe Creative Suite, and can turn a raw footage into a cinematic masterpiece, then this is your stage!

What You’ll Do:

• Photography/Videography/Drone Assignments: You’ll be the lens through which our properties come to life! Use top-of-the-line Sony cameras, DJI gimbals, DJI drones, and more to capture stunning photos and videos. Don’t worry about the gear—we’ve got you covered. Your role will include coordinating with clients to schedule shoots and ensuring their property is showcased in the best possible light. (No need to find the clients; we’ll handle that part!)
• Editing Magic: Bring your editing skills to the forefront! You’ll transform raw footage into polished, engaging content using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut. If you need any of these programs or an efficient computer to get the job done, we’ve got you covered.
• Scheduling & Organization: Manage your time like a pro! Efficient scheduling and organizational skills are key to juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Your ability to stay on top of your game ensures everything runs smoothly and on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Camera Savvy: Experience with Sony cameras is a must. You should know your way around various lenses, lighting setups, and audio equipment to make every shot count.
• Drone Skills: A Part 107 Drone License is preferred but not required. If you don’t have one, no worries—we’ll help you acquire it within your first two months of employment.
• Editing Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut is essential. Your editing skills should be top-notch, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity.
