Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in real estate photography and videography, including expertise in drone operations. This role involves extensive travel throughout the Fraser Valley, Chilliwack, Vancouver, and other areas in the Lower Mainland to capture properties in their best light. Experience with measurements and floor plans is a bonus. A personal vehicle is required for travel between property sites.

Duties:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, including aerial shots using drones.
• Edit and retouch images and videos to meet professional standards.
• Create engaging virtual tours and promotional videos as needed.
• Develop accurate measurements and floor plans for properties (a plus).
• Travel extensively across the Fraser Valley, Chilliwack, Vancouver, and the Lower Mainland to service property listings.
• Collaborate with Realtors to highlight unique features and selling points of each listing.
• Maintain and organize a comprehensive digital library of media assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve content.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
• Experience with drone photography and videography.
• Experience with measurements and floor plans is not a requirement but a bonus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in real estate visual content.
• Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and staging.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required for travel.
• Available Monday-Friday and Weekends.
