About Gabriel Health Institute: Gabriel Health Institute (GHI) is Central Florida’s premier CNA training school, with a history of training over 15,000 CNAs for top healthcare facilities, including Advent Health and Orlando Health. We are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare education and are seeking a talented Videographer to help showcase our programs and success stories through compelling video content.
Job Summary:
Gabriel Health Institute is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and experience in producing promotional videos that engage and inspire audiences. This role will involve planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that highlights our CNA programs, student success stories, and the unique culture of GHI.
Key Responsibilities:Video Production:
- Plan, shoot, and edit promotional videos that effectively communicate GHI’s mission, programs, and successes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and scripts that align with the institute’s marketing strategy.
- Capture high-quality video footage of CNA classes, student testimonials, events, and other activities to be used in promotional materials.
- Ensure that all video content is consistent with GHI’s brand identity and message.
Pre-Production Planning:
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand the goals of each video project and develop a creative approach to meet those objectives.
- Scout locations, plan shots, and coordinate logistics for video shoots.
- Create shot lists, storyboards, and schedules to ensure efficient production.
Post-Production Editing:
- Edit video content to produce polished, engaging, and visually appealing final products.
- Add graphics, music, voiceovers, and other elements to enhance video content.
- Ensure timely delivery of final video projects according to deadlines.
Equipment and Technology:
- Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video production technologies and techniques to continually improve the quality of GHI’s video content.
Content Management:
- Organize and archive video footage for future use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute video content across various platforms, including social media, the GHI website, and email campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required if the candidate has strong experience).
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in videography, video editing, or a similar role, preferably within the education or healthcare sectors.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Ability to tell a compelling story through video.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong creative vision.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
