Compensation: $50 – $150 hourly

Unlike standard “photo mill” style RE Media companies, Digital Homes values your creativity and your time. Our internal team handles marketing, scheduling, editing, and asset delivery to our clients. Our Media Pros get to be exactly that; photographers, videographers and drone operators, while Digital Homes handles the rest.

Responsibilities:

• Photography and Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties, emphasizing their unique features and appeal.
• Drone Work: Use drone technology to provide breathtaking aerial shots that enhance the overall property presentation.
• Floor Planning: Develop precise and detailed floor plans to give a clear layout of the property.
• Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our editing team to ensure the final product meets our high standards and tells a compelling story.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in real estate media to continuously improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, including drone and floor planning work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras, drone technology, and editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and team members effectively.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
