Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team. The Video Editor will play a key role in the post-production process, transforming raw footage into polished, compelling videos that tell a story, evoke emotion, and captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in video editing software.
Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, visually appealing videos that align with client objectives and project requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute creative concepts, ensuring that the final product meets the client’s vision and objectives.
- Arrange footage in a logical and aesthetically pleasing sequence, incorporating transitions, effects, and audio enhancements to enhance the overall viewing experience.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content, adhering to Visio Hype’s standards and guidelines.
- Work closely with clients to review and incorporate feedback throughout the editing process, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in video editing techniques and creative storytelling.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with the ability to manipulate footage, add effects, and create dynamic visual compositions.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows, including file formats, resolution, and compression techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a creative team and interact professionally with clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to review and refine edits to achieve the desired outcome.

Pay: $19.46 – $23.43 per hour
