Job Description
Anagram is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented photographer and videographer for a full-time role. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the photographer/videographer will capture digital photo and video content that supports the marketing strategy. The role is responsible for photo and video production, camera operation, lighting, and camera management. Will work on various photo and video projects, including shooting and editing long and short form video for internal and external use.
Responsibilities and Duties
? Lead all photography and videography and the creation of compelling imagery/video of Anagram products.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop photo/video concepts and storyboards.
? Source props and material for photo and video shoots as needed.
? Books shoot location and models as needed.
? Executes photography and videography for all content shoots and edits post-production output.
? Executes product photography for packaging as needed for new product formats.
? Researches and stays up to date with photography and videography trends to include technology for production and editing.
? Continually manage the organization and cataloging of all digital content.

Skills Required/Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related field.
? 2-4 years of experience creating consumer-facing content including but not limited to social media and long form video.
? Fluency in Photoshop, CaptureOne, Lightroom, Premier Pro, After Effects and iMovie
? An artistic eye for detail, with an extensive understanding of cameras, lighting, and composition
? Ability to shoot on location and in studio.
? Highly organized collaborator who feels comfortable working independently and with a team.
FLSA Working conditions:
? 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
? Hybrid: 3 days in office (M, T, TH), 2 days remote
? Schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
? Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
