The Sr. Editor, Video Content will be an integral part of the Creative Services team providing expertise and leadership in all post-production processes. Reporting to the Manager, Video Content, the Sr. Editor, Video Content will collaborate with the Creative Services video team and vendors to deliver and engaging, best-in-class video content for marketing campaigns across the Healthcare enterprise, including corporate, division and market levels to internal and external audiences (colleagues, patients and consumers). This role will also be responsible for leading post-production processes, ensuring clear communication between team members, stakeholders and vendors, tracking progress, approvals and deliverables.
As divisions adopt Healthcare consolidated branding this role will assume and manage expanding post-production responsibilities as the need for video content in support of division and state-wide marketing initiatives grows, in addition to existing corporate wide responsibilities.

Ability to take footage with little to no direction and create clear and concise video content.
Knowledge of latest trends and advances in post-production
Ability to champion creative ideas in post-production to creative/marketing executive leadership and creative team members.

Ensure success in all phases of post-production including post-production timelines, addressing feedback, ensuring clear and concise information flow internally and with stakeholders.
Monitor existing post-production processes and suggest new processes when necessary.
Communication:
Candidate must be able to clearly communicate with a wide variety of personalities and flex approach using various styles to meet the need of the project. An ability to communicate creative and technical needs in the field of post-production is essential.
Teamwork:
The Sr. Editor, Video Content, must possess a spirit of collaboration with the ability to work with colleagues across the Marketing Services Organization group, as well as other key stakeholders. Candidate must be able to both lead and inspire teams as well as follow leadership and be a part of the team.
Vision:
Candidate should have a heart for storytelling in the video space and must be able to work both collaboratively and independently to bring content to life.
Judgement/Decision-making:
Being a forward-thinking creative who is consistently anticipating needs and analyzing approaches is a must. Candidate must have a critical eye/ear for storytelling and an ability to craft stories and messaging into concise, engaging content.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in video production, film, marketing or similar, or work equivalency.
Minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role within an advertising agency, creative studio, production company, in-house marketing team or similar entities.
Extensive and demonstrable skills and experience in Adobe Premiere are required. Working knowledge of Adobe Audition, After Effects and Photoshop required.
Experience in creating and implementing post-production processes.
Proficiency in digital video asset management software (such as Frame I/O, Dropbox, Wipster, etc).
Experience in ideation, developing and copywriting for video content is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as project management applications (such as Workfront).
Creative reel required.
